Oji was kind enough to work out a reference for me to use for the significant details around Amari. This is how Amari typically appears when working as the Guild Leader for The Archaistic Library. Without the Arcane Battery and Arcane Capacitor, Amari's limits with magic are exceptionally low being restricted to low mana spells with essentially no mana pool, however that equipment is extremely heavy so Amari has significantly more speed and stamina without the equipment. This agility combined with the various tools they've developed over the years means that Amari's is hardly helpless without the equipment they became known for.

At first glance, Amari's arms are probably their most eye catching feature considering the right is clearly pieces strung together and their right is armored, however this look is deceiving as both are completely artificial limbs. The right arm looks the way that it does because it was cut off during an encounter with Representatives from Novara; Amari killed one and drove the other off, but lost the arm in the exchange. This encounter led to some discoveries related to the Parasitic Reservoir, the thing buried between Amari's shoulder blades in the back; namely that it has run those blue lines all throughout Amari's body, presumably enabling the use of magic but also effectively controlling the limbs much like a puppet when at or beyond their limits. In addition to this, putting the old arm back caused the reservoir to attempt to reconnect and re-integrate it with Amari's body, and they found that putting anything even vaguely arm-shaped near the wound would cause the same response from the reservoir. With this information, Amari started working on building a replacement arm, but the Representative returned from Novara before it could be finished, leading to its incomplete state. In its current state, the Parasitic Reservoir holds the arm and finger pieces loosely in the right place with the tendrils it produces, with them gleaming when hit by light. While it's not mechanically sound, the arm in its state has benefits that keep Amari from replacing it.

The left arm, on the other hand, appears more like an armored arm, which is how Amari intended the design. Normally Amari would wear a glove hiding the most obvious sign that the entire arm is artificial, leaving what looks like a sleeve of armor. In reality, the left arm was engineered and built much later on after acquiring a lot of experience making various mechanical devices. The left arm is mechanically sound, thus requires very little mana to move especially when compared to the right arm. It also means Amari retains some limited mobility in the event mana is scarce in the local area whereas motion would be entirely lost with the right arm. As an additional mention, Amari's legs are also mechanical in the same manner as the left arm; unlike with Amari's right arm, the other three limbs were sacrificed when it became clear their natural born body couldn't tolerate the incredible mana flows Amari would regularly start pushing through them with the Parasitic Reservoir, so these limbs, also unlike the right arm, were designed in a manner that would still allow Amari to use magic with them. The right arm is so primitive that it cannot be used to cast spells while the other limbs can leverage magic in the same manner as Amari's natural limbs though with significantly higher tolerance.

The other striking attributes that Amari has likely includes the Parasitic Reservoir situated on their back and the "tie" on the front; these two are actually connected as the device in the front actually is a vector for Amari to draw in supplemental mana rather than relying only on the reservoir itself; the spectral tie is a visual artifact of the absorption of mana and the tie grows the more mana is being drawn through it. In a similar mana, Amari can pull in a lot of mana through the reservoir itself with peak flow forming into a spectral lotus, however the small surface area limits how much mana can be drawn in at a time.

The last notable detail is Amari's split iris. This is also somewhat deceiving as it's a byproduct of a blessing that Amari received early on in their career as a Hunter; a witch gave Amari a blessing that imbues their eyes with one of their attributes, which was their Insight in this case. That blessing does nothing for Amari, however if somebody were to inherit Amari's eyes, they would inherit their insight along with them.

I feel like Oji did a wonderful job bringing Amari to life, so hopefully you enjoy the reference and the insights I provided here to go along with it.
